Psychological Services

New Clients

We ask all students who are new to our service to attend an Initial Consultation so that we can meet to explore your reasons for seeking help and talk about what services and resources we may offer you. We suggest coming 10 minutes before the start of IC time to complete paperwork.

TIP: Check out our handouts, which include suggestions and strategies for many common problems.

Returning Clients

If you have already met with one of our counsellors or attended an Initial Consultation within the past 4 months, you can phone us (780-492-5205) for an appointment. If you last saw your counsellor more than four months ago, please attend an Initial Consultation. We suggest coming 10 minutes before the start of IC time to complete paperwork.

TIP: Check out our handouts, which include suggestions and strategies for many common problems.
