Drop-in workshops give you a chance to learn about specific mental health topics while interacting with a psychologist and other students. This semester, workshops will focus on depression, anxiety, relationship break ups, cross-cultural adjustment, grief, disordered eating, sleeping problems, and other topics. Workshops will help you understand a particular mental health issue and teach you practical strategies to deal with it.
All workshops are free and operate on a drop-in basis; you do not need to register. Participants may be asked for a student ID or contact information for follow-up purposes during the workshop.
