Group Therapy or Drop-In Workshops: What’s Right For Me?
Our therapy groups are an excellent way to address some common psychological issues and problems such as depression, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, and disordered eating. Group therapy requires an Initial Consultation or a referral from your psychologist if you are an existing client.

Drop-in Workshops give you a chance to learn about a specific mental health topic while interacting with a psychologist and other students. Unlike group therapy, drop-in workshops do not require and Initial Consultation or a referral. Just show up!
